Aprilia RS125
The Aprilia RS125 is a sport production motorbike based on a GP replica. It is driven by a Rotax 124.8 cc two-stroke engine with a Nikasil coated aluminum cylinder block and liquid cooling.
RS 125 2005 to 2013
The RS125 has all-new fairing style inspired by the RSV 1000R. It sports angular fairings, two headlight bulbs, a digital gauge, and Marchesini-styled multispoke rims.
Aprilia upgraded to four-piston radial brake calipers and braided brake lines.
Aprilia switched from Nippon-Denso electronics to Piaggio/EFI Technolog electronics and a new ECU in 2008 to fulfill the more rigorous EURO3 emissions rules.
The tank also features a vacuum fuel tap and a new Dell’orto 28 mm VHST carburettor with a vacuum pipe extension.
In 2012, the series was discontinued to make room for the new RS4 125, which transitioned from a two-stroke to a single-cylinder four-stroke fuel-injected system.
