Hyosung has evolved to become Korea’s leading motorcycle manufacturer since its inception in 1978. A partnership agreement with Suzuki Motor Corp of Japan in 1979 enabled it in getting off the ground, and it currently has an annual output of roughly 200,000 units and a 40% market share in its home market. It has been importing small and mid-sized bikes to the United States for many years. Hyosung Motors & Machinery Inc also produces car parts and components. They were the official motorcycle support.
