Suzuki GSX-R 600
The Suzuki GSX-R600 is a 600 cc class, or supersport, sport bike in Suzuki‘s GSX-R motorcycle series.
1992–1993
The engine is a water-cooled 599 cc (36.6 cu in) inline-4. The initial model retained the same body specs as the 1992 GSX-R750, but with a smaller engine, and was unchanged for the 1993 model year. It was not imported into the United Kingdom.
1994–1996
There was no production.
1997–2000
Suzuki Ram Air Direct (SRAD) was introduced, and the design was continued through to the 2000 model year.
2001–2003
With the advent of fuel injection, the design was redesigned and carried over to the 2003 model year with very little alterations.
2004–2005
The 2005 model year had a redesign that carried over from the previous year. The fairings and fuel tank have been completely redesigned. Forks that are inverted and have radial brakes. On the engine side, titanium valves and a 32-bit ECU were among the improvements.
2006–2007
Suzuki debuted the all-new GSX-R600. The introduction of an underslung exhaust and a slipper clutch. The engine is brand new, although it has the same bore and stroke as previously.
2008–2010
Subframe, bodywork, and fuel tank are all new. Suzuki introduces a new Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS).
2011-2014
Overall weight reduction of 9 kg, Showa Big Piston Forks (BPF), Brembo monobloc radial front brake calipers, redesigned lighter frame and swingarm, and 15 mm shorter wheelbase. New gauge cluster, similar to the one seen on the GSX-R1000. Mid-range torque is increased via new cams, lighter pistons, greater compression, and pentagonal ventilation holes in the block.
